Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) governs your access to and use of the pawtoai.com website and all content, services, features and products made available at or through it (the “Website”). This Policy supplements, and forms part of, the Terms of Service between you and PawToAI, and any capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with this Policy at all times. PawToAI may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, refuse, remove, block or filter any prompt, instruction, output or other Content that PawToAI considers, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, to be in breach of this Policy, and may suspend or terminate your access to the Website in accordance with the Terms of Service.

Intended Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended for the generation of images of pets, animals and related subject matter. Submitting prompts or instructions that are intended or reasonably likely to produce content outside this purpose, including (without limitation) imagery of human beings or any of the categories of content prohibited under this Policy, is outside the intended use of the Website and is not permitted.

Prohibited Content and Use

You must not use, and must not attempt to use, the Website (including, without limitation, any prompt, instruction or other input you submit, and any image, text or other output you generate, request, upload, store, share, distribute or otherwise traffic in through the Website) to engage in any of the following:

Sexual and Adult Content

Generating, requesting, creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, posting, storing, sharing, linking to or otherwise trafficking in any nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic or otherwise “not safe for work” (NSFW) content of any kind;
Generating, requesting or otherwise producing any such content whether it depicts real persons, fictional persons, AI-generated persons, anthropomorphic characters, animals or any other subject, and whether the content is photographic, illustrated, animated, rendered or otherwise depicted;
Submitting prompts or instructions that are designed, intended or reasonably likely to elicit any of the foregoing, including by means of euphemism, code-words, fictional framing or any other indirect technique.

Animals

Generating, requesting, creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, posting, storing, sharing or otherwise trafficking in any content depicting bestiality, zoophilia or any other sexual, sexually suggestive or sexualised depiction of an animal, or any sexual or sexually suggestive interaction between a human and an animal, whether real, fictional, anthropomorphic or AI-generated;
Generating, requesting, creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, posting, storing, sharing or otherwise trafficking in any content that depicts, glorifies, promotes or facilitates cruelty, abuse, torture, mutilation, neglect or unlawful killing of, or unlawful violence against, any animal;
Generating or distributing any content that promotes, facilitates or instructs in the unlawful trade, capture or exploitation of animals, including endangered or protected species.

Minors

Generating, requesting, creating, uploading, transmitting, distributing, posting, storing, sharing or otherwise trafficking in any content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, abuses or otherwise harms minors;
Generating or requesting any depiction of a minor, real or fictional, in any sexually suggestive, sexually explicit, abusive or exploitative context;
Using the Website in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation relating to the protection of minors.

Synthetic Media and Identity

Generating, requesting, creating or distributing any face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, voice-cloning, identity-impersonation or other synthetic media that depicts any real or identifiable individual without that individual’s prior, demonstrable and informed consent;
Producing or distributing any synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, intimidate, threaten, blackmail or otherwise cause harm to any individual or organisation;
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity, including any of PawToAI’s employees or representatives.

Violence, Hate and Harassment

Generating or distributing content that promotes, incites, glorifies or threatens violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide;
Generating or distributing content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, abuse, bullying or harm against any individual or group, including on the basis of any protected characteristic;
Generating or distributing content that contains gratuitous, graphic or shocking depictions of violence, gore, mutilation, cruelty (including cruelty to animals) or death.

Illegal, Harmful and Deceptive Activities

Using the Website in any manner that violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation, or that would give rise to civil or criminal liability;
Generating or distributing any content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract or other rights of any third party;
Generating or distributing any content that is fraudulent, false, misleading, deceptive, untruthful or inaccurate, including for the purpose of disinformation, election interference, financial fraud, scams or social engineering;
Generating or distributing any content that promotes or facilitates illegal or harmful activities or substances, including the manufacture or use of weapons, explosives, drugs or biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear materials.

Platform Integrity

Submitting prompts, instructions or other input that are intended to bypass, circumvent, weaken, disable or otherwise interfere with any safety, moderation, content-filtering or similar control implemented by PawToAI or by any of the third-party AI providers used in connection with the Website;
Probing, scanning, testing, attacking or interfering with the integrity, security or proper operation of the Website or the systems of PawToAI’s providers;
Using any automated means (including bots, scrapers, crawlers or data-mining tools) to access, query or extract output from the Website other than as expressly authorised by PawToAI;
Using the Website in a manner that imposes an excessive burden on the network or systems, or that interferes with PawToAI’s ability to provide the Website to other users.

Marketing and Promotion

You must not market, advertise, promote, describe or otherwise hold out the Website (or any feature, output, gallery or showcase of the Website) as offering “uncensored”, “no-filter”, “unfiltered”, “NSFW”, “18+”, “adult” or similar generation, or in any other manner that suggests the absence of, or the ability to circumvent, the content restrictions set out in this Policy.

Moderation and Enforcement

PawToAI may employ automated and human review, including third-party moderation services, to detect, prevent and respond to breaches of this Policy. You acknowledge and agree that prompts, instructions and outputs may be screened before, during and after generation, and that PawToAI’s third-party AI providers may apply their own safety, moderation and content-filtering measures.

Without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to PawToAI at law or in equity, and in addition to the rights reserved under the Terms of Service, PawToAI may, in its sole and unfettered discretion and without notice:

refuse to process, or block the output of, any prompt or instruction that PawToAI considers, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, to be in breach of this Policy;
remove, disable access to, or delete any Content generated, uploaded or stored in breach of this Policy;
suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website (in whole or in part);
report any breach, suspected breach or related Content to law-enforcement authorities, regulators or affected third parties, and cooperate with any resulting investigation; and
take any other action that PawToAI considers appropriate to protect the Website, its users, its providers, its rights or the rights of any third party.

PawToAI will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid in respect of any account or access that is suspended, restricted or terminated for breach of this Policy.

Reporting

If you become aware of any Content, conduct or use of the Website that you believe is in breach of this Policy, please report it to PawToAI via our contact channels. PawToAI will review reports in good faith and respond as it considers appropriate.

Changes to this Policy

PawToAI reserves the right, at its sole and unfettered discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
